trees, several natural ponds, snow run-off springs, and a stretch of Willow
Creek. Deer, elk, moose, black bear,
bobcat, cougar, and grouse can all be found on or near the property. For winter access, it is possible to rent garage space just 10 miles
down on the highway for parking ATVs and
snowmobiles.

access to thousands of acres of the Wasatch
National Forest for
